The Importance of an Alpine Service Contract
You will realize the importance of an Alpine Service Contract when you have an experience like this. It’s a Saturday in January at 8:00 AM and you realize the house is cold. Very cold. You check the thermostat, flip the emergency switch on and off. Still nothing.
Don’t panic! You call your trusted company, Alpine, and report the issue. Shortly someone calls you back and comes to fix the problem; all before lunch. Now you and your family can enjoy the rest of the weekend in warmth and comfort.
In addition to first class service, you have peace of mind that in the Spring, an Alpine technician will be back to check the air conditioner from top to bottom, change filters, and address any issues that could arise in the hot summer months ahead.
According to energy.gov, “Neglecting necessary maintenance ensures a steady decline in air conditioning performance while energy use steadily increases.” Just as your car needs a tune-up, so does your air conditioner and furnace. A well-maintained system will increase efficiency, and reduce the likelihood of breakdown and costly repairs. It will also prolong the life of your equipment.
Types of Service Contracts
Alpine offers 2 levels of coverage. Our Preventative Plan offers seasonal tune-ups and 15% off parts and labor. It’s perfect for a newer system, still under warranty. Our Complete Plan provides seasonal tune-ups (unlike the Utility Company) and covers most parts and labor on repairs, so you don’t have to worry should something go wrong.
Alpine Service Contract customers receive priority service, promotions and special pricing for products such as replacement HVAC equipment, a hot water heater or generator. Those without a contract may be left out in the cold, until we can get a technician out. Plans are economical and will help protect some of the most important and expensive appliances in your home. Don’t wait until your furnace or air conditioner fails before you realize how critical it is. Invest in an Alpine Service Contract today.
” Well another season with Alpine. With my service contract they came and got my furnace ready for the cold winter ahead. Now I can sleep at night knowing everything will be working great. Thanks Alpine. See you in the summer.”
