Connect Your E30 to Alpine Refrigeration

Give Alpine the Ability to Help — Even Before We Arrive

Your Lennox E30 can notify Alpine Refrigeration when your heating or cooling system detects certain problems and allow us to access important diagnostic information remotely.

By enabling Dealer Support Access, Alpine may be able to identify a problem sooner, remotely troubleshoot certain issues and, when a service visit is necessary, have valuable information about your system before our technician arrives.

There is no charge to enable Dealer Support Access.

How to Enable Alpine Dealer Support

1. Go to the home screen on your Lennox E40 Smart Thermostat.
2. Tap Menu and select Lennox Dealer Support (or Settings > Dealer Support Services).
3. Select Local Lennox Dealer Info and verify that all contact fields are filled out.
4. Go to Dealer Support Access.
5. Toggle the slide buttons to ON for the following recommended features:
   • Remote Sharing: Allows your dealer to view historical system data and evaluate performance status.
   • Alerts and Notifications: Permits your dealer to receive automatic updates when your system requires maintenance.
   • Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Set to ON/ALWAYS to authorize remote troubleshooting and performance adjustments.

We recommend enabling all three features to receive the greatest benefit from Alpine’s remote support capabilities.
